I met Carol several months ago when I answered a mailer she sent to my house. At the time, I wasn't interested in selling my townhouse in the Mill Creek subdivision, but was curious about it's value. Even at the risk of not obtaining business, Carol was still professional and prepared a clear CMA for my property at 4325 Loreto Lane. I had no idea the property had appreciated so much! Several weeks later, Carol contacted me again to tell me that she had a buyer interested in my townhouse and had a preliminary cash offer! Carol again went to work and located a FSBO in the same neighborhood and a deal was made to purchase that unit in a 1031 like-property exchange. Carol was extremely professional throughout the whole process and worked very hard to keep everyone informed. She did a remarkable job keeping all the contracts accurate and timely, especially considering that ALL of the buying and selling parties in the transaction were living out of state at the time. I also greatly appreciated the fact that Carol is very well "electronically connected" and takes advantage of all the latest technology available to her as a real estate agent, including email, report generation, CMA, MLS usage, fax/scanning technologies.
